摘要
介绍了寻租理论概念 ,通过博弈论和信息经济学理论方法来分析工程建设领域工程监理制度失效的原因 ,指出设寻租只是增加了业主的花费 ,没有增加监理单位和承包商的收益 ,并提出了减少寻租的有效方法。
It introduces concept of rent theory,analyzes fa ilure of project inspection system in constructive field by chess-playing theor y & informational economics theory,points out that cost of owners has been incre ased by rent action but not the profit of inspection units & contractors,and pro pounds effective method for reducing rent.
