摘要
运用一种改进的DNA提取方法,从长期保存在福尔马林溶液中的龟鳖类动物的肌肉组织中 成功地提取了基因组DNA。用12sRNA基因的通用引物进行PCR扩增,并对部分扩增结果进行测序,以检 验提取效果;结果证明改进的提取方法效果较好,所得产物可以满足分子生物学研究的要求。
genomic DNA from the muscle tissue of the terrapin animal preserved in Formalin were successfully extracted with an improved method. To verify the result , which were universal primers for 12sRNA gene, was used to do amplifications. Some amplified fragments were sequenced. The results show that DNA of these samples can be extracted by this method, and the PCR product is suitable for molecular research.
