摘要
林木抗虫性是林木育种和营林生产中的一项重要技术指标 ,是指由树木遗传特性所决定的 ,以林木生物物理、生物化学因子为基础 ,对昆虫行为和生物化学产生影响的一种防御体系 .根据林木对害虫的作用特点 ,将林木的抗虫性分为 3类 :拒虫性、抗生性、耐虫性 .林木抗虫机制主要包括林木对害虫的抗性防卫、林木抗虫的化学机制及遗传机制等 .众多研究表明 ,林木的拒虫性、抗生性、耐虫性均与林木所含的抗虫化学物质密切相关 .林木抗虫化学物质包括营养物质和次生代谢物质两大类 ,共同影响昆虫的行为、生长发育和繁殖 .目前对林木抗虫性的分级和评价还缺乏系统性 ,但人工接虫技术是林木抗虫性鉴定的基本方法 .
Insect-resistance of trees is one of the mos t important indexes for tree breeding and afforestation. It is a kind of preventio n system that influences the behavior and physiological metabology of insect bec ause of the biophysical and biochemical factors of trees determined by tree gene tic characteristics. According to the effects of trees on insect, the insect-re sistance of trees is divided into three types: rejecting insect, antibiosis and endurance. The mechanism of insect-resistance of trees includes preventing inse ct, chemical mechanism and genetic mechanism. Researches show that the correlati on between insect-resistance of trees and chemic compounds of insect-resistanc e is significant. The chemic compounds influence the behavior, growth and develo pment and reproduction of insect. The basic ways to identify the insect-resista nce of trees is inoculating-insect, but there is lack of systemic research on c lassifying and evaluation of the insect-resistance of trees.
