摘要
目的评价准分子激光原位角膜磨削术(laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)治疗不同程度近视眼的有效性、预测性和安全性。方法对接受LASIK治疗的近视眼患者按近视的程度分为低度、中度和高度近视组。用NIDEKEC-5000Ⅱ型准分子激光仪进行LASIK手术治疗。结果各组患者术后3个月的裸眼视力多≥10;散光度数多在±100D内;近视度数多在±100D内;术后视力无下降;无手术并发症出现。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨削术治疗不同程度近视眼是有效的、可预测的和安全的。
OBJECTIVE To assess the validity,security and prognosis of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for treatment of different degrees myopia.METHODS According to the degree of myopia and astigmatism,patients were divided into low-degree group,middle-degree group and high-degree group,and LASIK was performed in them with NIDEK EC-5000 Ⅱ excimer laser.RESULTS At three months the most patients had a visual acuity of 1.0 or more in each group.the degree of cylinder lens was ±1.00D,and the degree of spherical lens also was ±1.00D.After operation their visual acuity never descend,and there was not any complication in the patients.CONCLUSION Using LASIK to treatment different degree myopia is effective,divinable and secure.
