摘要
以1,10-邻菲罗啉为起始原料,经氧化、肟化、还原得到5,6-二氨基-1,10-邻菲罗啉,对反应条 件进行了探索,以68.0％的总收率得到产品。产物经IR,H-NMR确证。
5,6-diamino-1,10-phenanthroline was synthesized by three steps from 1,10-phenanthroline. The synthetic processes were discussed and the product was gained in 68% overall yield. The product was confirmed by IR and H NMR.
