热休克蛋白对心脏的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 热休克蛋白(heart shock protein,HSP)是由应激反应诱导而产生的一组蛋白质.HSP按分子量的大小以及同源程度可分为HSP90、HSP70、小分子HSP70及泛素4个家族.在非应激状态下,HSP有一定的基础表达,在应激状态下,HSP可迅速合成并成倍增加,以帮助维护细胞正常的新陈代谢及结构完整.HSP可被多种刺激物诱导,如高温、缺血缺氧、压力负荷、氨基酸类似物、重金属离子、氧自由基、病毒感染等.
