摘要
介绍一种基于半导体激光光纤组件的激光准直仪 ,讨论了使用角锥棱镜作为活动靶镜的测量原理 ,给出了准直仪的软硬件设计方案。通过各种实验表明 ,本准直仪可直接应用于工业测量。
A simple laser collimation system based on a single|mode fiber-coupled laser module was put forward, principle of using a corner retroreflector as the moving target in the laser collimator was discussed. The hardware and software designs of the system were also discussed. Comparison results of straightness measurement among our laser collimator and a dual frequency laser interferometer and other experimental results were given, and these experimental results show that the laser collimator can be used for industrial applications.
