3种阔叶树种子生活力四唑法测定研究 被引量:15

摘要 本文对山玉兰、厚朴、黄山栾树这 3种阔叶树种子生活力四唑测定法进行了研究 ,探讨各种种子适宜的预处理方法和四唑溶液浓度。结果表明 :除黄山栾树种子外 ,另外 2种种子需要全部去除种皮 ;在 2 5℃测定条件下 ,测定山玉兰和厚朴种子生活力的最佳处理浓度为 0 .5 %的四唑 ,黄山栾树用 0 .1%浓度的四唑 ;在种子生活力测定时 ,低质量的种子容易加大实验误差 ,并对所采用四唑溶液的浓度和种子预处理方法产生影响。 Based on the experiment on determination of seed viability of three broad-leaved trees using 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) solution, the suitable treatments including preparations and TTC concentrations for three seeds were studied for the first time in this paper. The results as follows: For seeds of Magnolia delavayi Franch.and Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.rather than Koelreuteria paniculata Lamx., their testas must be removed for the determination of seed viability;Under 25℃ temperature, the most suitable concentrations of TTC solution were 0.5% for seeds of Magnolia delavayi Franch.and Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils. and 0.1% for seed of Koelreuteria paniculata Lamx.;For the testing of seed viability, low quality seeds are apt to enlarge experimental error, which also has effects on treatments adopted preparations and TTC concentrations.
