γ辐射接枝甲基丙烯酸改善聚醚砜膜亲水性的研究 被引量:6

Hydrophilicity improvement of polyethersulfone membranes by grafting methacrylic acid with γ-ray irradiation

摘要 利用 γ 射线共辐照技术在聚醚砜(PES)膜上接枝了甲基丙烯酸。通过改变甲基丙烯酸单体浓度,获得了具有不同接枝率的改性 PES 膜。研究结果表明,在单体浓度<10%的范围内,接枝率与单体浓度成线性关系,提高接枝率有助于改善聚醚砜膜的亲水性。 Grafting methacrylic acid onto poly(ether sulfone) membranes was realized by means of simultaneous irradiation in liquids. The modified membranes with different grafting ratios were obtained by changing the concentration of methacrylic acid. It was shown that the grafting ratio increased lineally as the monomer concentration was less than 10% and hydrophilicity of the membranes was improved with increasing grafting ratios.
