摘要
以赤子爱胜蚓(Eiseniafoetida)为研究对象,采用滤纸急性毒性试验法研究了重金属Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu对蚯蚓单一与复合污染的毒性效应。单一毒性试验结果表明,Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu对蚯蚓都具毒性,Cr(Ⅵ)的毒性大于Cu的毒性;Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu48h的半致死浓度分别为94.04mg·kg-1、176.12mg·kg-1。复合毒性试验结果表明,低浓度的Cu与Cr(Ⅵ)复合,Cu对Cr(Ⅵ)毒性没有产生明显影响,Cr(Ⅵ)对蚯蚓48h的半致死浓度为94.605mg·kg-1;中浓度的Cu与Cr(Ⅵ)复合,Cu的存在增强了Cr(Ⅵ)的毒性,且随Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的升高而增强,Cr(Ⅵ)对蚯蚓48h的半致死浓度为76.608mg·kg-1;高浓度的Cu与Cr(Ⅵ)复合,Cr(Ⅵ)对蚯蚓的毒性也明显增强,但随Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的升高而趋平缓。可见,重金属Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu的复合污染对蚯蚓具有明显的协同作用,而这种协同作用与各污染物的不同浓度组合有关。
Earthworms play an important part in transformation of soil nutrient cycling. Combined pollution caused by heavy metals such as (Cu and Cr) is one of the important environmental pollution forms in soil. In order to determine the effects of combined pollution caused by heavy metal on earthworms, acute toxicological effects of single and combined Cr(Ⅵ) and Cu on earthworm Eisenia foetida was determined using filter paper . Earthworms were exposed for 48h in 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 mg·kg-1 of Cr(Ⅵ) and in 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300 mg·kg-1 of Cu. The results showed that both the heavy metals had their own toxicities on the earthworm population, and the single toxic sequence of Cr(Ⅵ) and Cuwas Cr(Ⅵ)>Cu. The values of their LD50 were 94.04 and 176.12 mg·kg-1, respectively. The difference may depend on the biological mechanisms of the earthworm population. Cu at low concentration had no obvious effects on the toxicity ofCr, the value of LD50 was 94.605 mg·kg-1 for Cr(Ⅵ), at medium concentration, Cu could increase the toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ), and the toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ) increased with the increase of Cr(Ⅵ) concentration, with the value of LD50 76.608 mg·kg-1 for Cr(Ⅵ), at high Cu concentration, Cu could also increase the toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ), but the toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ) tended to maintain gently with theincrease of Cr(Ⅵ) concentration. Therefore, the combined contamination of Cr(Ⅵ) and Cu showed the synergistic joint effect on the earthworm population thatwere in relation to their different concentration combinations.
