摘要
从制备、结构和性能表征等方面讨论了聚丙烯纤维的拉伸强度和耐光老化性能.结果表明,用适宜的聚丙烯切片以及添加适量的EVA或SiO2,经高倍牵伸可制备高强聚丙烯纤维;添加光稳定剂可有效地提高聚丙烯纤维的耐光老化性能,并且纤维强度较高.耐光老化性能的试验结果表明,户外老化和氙灯老化时间较长,而紫外老化时间短且效果明显.
Obtained high tenacity and ultraviolet resistance polypropylene by adding EVA or SiO2, antioxidants and light stabilizers in lower molecular weight PP chips. The results showed that the lower orientation structure of spun yarn was necessary for the production of high tenacity PP yarn.
