摘要
从教育合同的双重概念分析入手,阐述了教育合同的特点与性质,进而论及教育合同的订立和内容,最后剖析了教育合同的履行完成和终止。
The article begins with the analysis of the double concept of education contract, and states its characteristics and nature. It further discusses the making of the contract with its contents when analysing its acting period till the ending.
