摘要
用有限元方法研究支座上移对焦炭塔塔体变形的影响,与支座在下时塔体的变形相比较,分析支座上移能否克服塔身下体鼓胀.在一个工作循环下,针对3种工况进行模拟计算,通过对结果的比较分析,发现在支座上移并不能显著降低塔体下部的径向位移.
The deformation effect of the body of coke drums due to ascending of supports is studied by using finite element method. Whether the problem of bulge can be solved due to ascending of supports is discussed by comparing with the deformation when the supports are in the former location. Three kinds of load conditions are calculated in one operating circle. It is concluded that, the radial deformation can not be decreased remarkably due to the ascending of supports.
