摘要
目的 观察针灸、蜡疗、按摩、神经肌肉电刺激等综合康复治疗小儿臂丛神经麻痹的疗效。方法 采用针炙、蜡疗、按摩、神经肌肉电刺激等方法对 2 2例臂丛神经麻痹患儿进行综合康复治疗 ,观察患儿治疗前后肱二头肌肌力、肌肉萎缩以及肌电图变化情况。结果 治疗 2 2例中 ,痊愈 2例 ( 9 1% ) ,显效 19例 ( 86 4% ) ,无效 1例 ( 4 5 % )。
Objective To observe therapeutic effects of acupuncture, wax therapy, cheirapsis, and nerve-muscle electric stimulation on brachial plexus paralysis of children. Methods Acupuncture, wax therapy, cheirapsis, and nerve-muscle electric stimulation were used to treat 22 cases of brachial plexus paralysis of children. Changes of biceps brachii muscle force, amyotrophy, and electromyogram were evaluated before and after treatment. Results Recovery (9.1%), improvement (86.4%), and ineffectivess (4.5%) were found in 2, 19, and 1 out of 22 cases, respectively. Conclusion Therapeutic effects of comprehensive rehabilitative treatment of brachial plexus paralysis are significant.
