摘要 目的研究N Boc保护氨基酸的酯化方法。方法以甲磺酰氯与醇反应制备甲磺酸酯 ,N Boc保护氨基酸与甲磺酸酯反应得到相应的N Boc保护氨基酸酯。结果制备了 5种N Boc保护氨基酸酯 ,其结构均经1H NMR和ESI MS确证。结论该N Boc保护氨基酸酯化方法反应条件温和、成本低、无副反应发生、收率高。 Aim To study the esterification method of N-Boc protected amino acids.Methods Methanesulfonates were prepared from methanesulfonyl chloride and alcohol.The target esters were synthesized with N-Boc protected amino acids and methanesulfonate in the presence of K 2CO 3 at room temperature in DMF.Results The five kinds of N-Boc protected amino acids esters were prepared with the new esterification method.The structures of the esters were certified by 1H-NMR and ESI-MS.Conclusion The esterification reaction can be operated under mild conditions with no side reaction,low consumption and high yield.
