摘要
以马来酸酐、氨、多元羧酸为原料合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)共聚物,确定了马来酸酐、氨、柠檬酸制备PASP共聚物的合成技术路线。讨论了PASP共聚物的合成工艺条件对其阻垢性能的影响,研究了共聚物的相对分子质量与阻垢性能的关系。结果表明,在n(马来酸酐)/n(氨)/n(柠檬酸)=1/2 34/0 1、热聚温度180℃、热聚时间10min的条件下,PASP共聚物的阻垢性能优异,在用量2mg/L时其对碳酸钙的阻垢率可达99 8%。其适宜的相对分子质量为2000~4000。
Copolymers of polyaspartic acid(PASP)was synthesized with maleic anhydride,ammonia and an another polycarboxylic acid as raw materials.Citric acid was chosen as the target parget polycarboxylic acid.Influence of reaction conditions on scale inhibition property of the copolymer was discussed.The relationship between its viscosity average relative molecular mass and scale inhibition property was also studied.Copolymer of PASP obtained at 180 ℃ for 10 min with n(maleic anhydride)/n(ammonia)/n(citric acid)=1/2.34/0.1,was the best in inhibiting scale forming.The inhibition rate against CaCO_3 amounted to 99.8% when 2 mg/L of copolymers of PASP was used.The average relative molecular mass range of 2 000—4 000 was preferred.
