摘要
随着林业在经济社会发展中的地位和作用越来越突出 ,建立完善的林权制度、有效地进行林权流转成为我国林业建设的一个重要内容。该文通过理论分析 ,对我国林权客体、主体、内容和含义进行了深入的探讨 ,同时从多个方面对我国林权变动做了详细阐述 ,以求对我国林权实践提供理论参考。
The status and functions of forestry in the social and economic develo pment are getting more and more prominent. Therefore, establishing and perfectin g forest ownership system and effectively conducting the circulation of the owne rship has become the key content in China's forestry construction. The paper, th rough a theoretical analysis, studies profoundly the object, subject, content, a nd implications of forest ownership in China, and at the same time expounds thor oughly the changes of forest ownership from different perspectives so as to prov ide some theoretical references for the practice of forest ownership in China.
