摘要
分析了调度自动化系统及与其相关的应用系统的数据流特征,指出了基于中间件技术的数据共享方案存在的问题,提出了基于公用数据平台的数据共享模式,分析了公用数据平台应具备的主要功能。与网络防护安全分区相对应,公用数据平台分为3个分区:Ⅰ、Ⅱ区平台主要作为各自分区内实时数据的共享平台,同时作为不同分区之间实时数据及计划值、设备参数、图形、拓扑结构等非实时数据的传输平台,Ⅲ区平台则作为各类数据存储、分析、展示和发布的平台。
The data stream characteristics in electric power network dispatching automation system and its interrelated application systems are analyzed, and the shortcomings in the data sharing mode based on middle ware are pointed out, and another data sharing mode based on common data platform is suggested. For the platform, some main functions are raised. Corresponding to the divisions in the network security protection scheme, the common data platform is divided into three parts. Part I and part II respectively acts as real data sharing platform for its own part, and also acts as transmission platform among different parts for real data and kinds of non-real data which including plan values, equipment parameters, graphic data, topology data, etc. part III acts as the platform for above data's saving, analysis and exhibition on local computer or Web site.
