摘要
分析了超细晶粒钢的焊接性及等离子孤焊的特点,进行了超细晶粒钢的等离子弧焊接试验。结果表明,在等离子弧焊条件下,HAZ不存在软化现象;空冷试样HAZ主要由铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体(少量)组织组成,强度不低于母材;水冷试样HAZ由较多上贝氏体和一定量的侧板条铁素体组成,强度较高。
In order to analyze the welding of ultra fine-grained steels (UHCSS) and the features of plasma welding,the test of plasma welding was carried out in this paper.Hardness distribution of welded joints has shown that softer zone does not exist in the HAZ.Microstructure is mainly composed of F+P+B(a bit) in the HAZ of cooled specimens by air and mechanical properties and hardness has slightly changed;otherwise mainly F+B in the HAZ of cooled specimens by water,the stronger hardness is obtained.
