摘要
用L 精氨酸盐酸盐和磷脂酰胆碱制备了L 精氨酸盐酸盐 磷脂酰胆碱脂质体受体,研究了受体与腺苷三磷酸(ATP)在脂质体亲脂区通过分子间氢键进行的分子识别。透射电镜表征发现脂质体呈明显的双层膜圆球形,粒径100~200nm;并对氢键识别作用进行了UV Vis光谱研究。
Coliposomes from phosphatidylcholine and arginine hydrochloride have been prepared by rotating-film evaporating technique.We in estigated the mixture of the coliposomes and adenosine-5'-triphosphate disodium salt(ATP)with UV-Vis spectroscopy to detect whether recognition of host-guest can be achieved in lipid spherical bilayer structures.The appearances and diameters of coliposomes were characterized by trasmission electron microphotography(TEM)exhibiting sphere in shape with diameter 100~200nm and bilayer structure.UV-Vis spectroscopy show that,when ATP was added into L-Arg·HCl/PC coloposomes,the absorbity of ATP at 259 nm decreased slowly with time.This result can be ascribed to ATP-guanidium interaction of hydrogen-bonding and demonstrate that it is accessible to achieve the process of molecular recognition in liposome systems.
