摘要 目的 探讨垂体腺瘤纤维化与转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)表达的关系。方法  38例垂体腺瘤标本分为质地韧 (纤维化 )组 6例与质地软 (非纤维化 )组 32例 ,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)和免疫组织化学方法检测TGF β1的表达并以天狼猩红染色法检测其胶原含量。结果 纤维化与非纤维化组胶原含量为 (2 0 .95± 8.4 2 ) %、(7.98± 5 .18) % ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;TGF β1mRNA表达量为 0 .79± 0 .15、0 .4 2± 0 .2 0 ;蛋白表达量为 0 .6 4± 0 .2 0、0 .32± 0 .4 0 ,两者差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;且TGF β1的表达与胶原含量呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 垂体腺瘤纤维化的显著病理特征是胶原过度沉积 ,TGF β1可能在垂体腺瘤纤维化中起重要作用。 Objective To study the relationship between expression of transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1 )and fibrosis of pituitary adenoma. Methods A total of 38 pituitary adenoma spicemens were divided into fibrous group(6 cases) and nonfibrous group (32 cases), TGF β 1 expression was detected by reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) and immunohistochemistry , and collagen content was detected by Sirius red stain.Results Collagen content was (20.95±8.42)% in fibrous group, (7.98± 5.18 )% in nonfibrous group, and the difference was prominent( P <0.01). TGF β 1 mRNA expression was 0.79±0.15, 0.42±0.20, the protein amount of TGF β 1 expression was 0.64±0.20, 0.32±0.40, and the difference was prominent ( P <0.01).Conclusion The significant pathological feature is collagen deposition in fibrous adenomas, and TGF β 1 may play an important role in fibrosis of pituitary adenoma.
