摘要
糖渴清能显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖，升高血清胰岛素，作用与优降糖相当；并能降低血浆胰高糖素，作用强于优降糖，提示糖渴清可通过促进胰岛素分泌。
In this paper,we present the investigation of hypoglycemic effect of Tangkeqing(TKQ) in alloxan diabetic rats,which is prepared from chinese herbs.Comparisons were made between TKQ and glyburide.The results showed that TKQ lowered diabetic rats fasting blood glucose and elevated serum insulin significantly,no marked difference from glyburide,and obviously reduced plasma glucagon,not glyburide.It is concluded that TKQ is able to promot the secretion of insulin and inhibit the secretion of glucagon to achieve hypoglycemic effect.
