摘要
研究了建立低频段(10~5Hz范围内)阻抗标准的问题,提出了以金属膜电阻器建立阻抗标准的设想;由这类电阻器建立的低频段阻抗标准,不确定度达5×10^(-4)或更高,具有频率范围宽、准确度高等优点,可实现低频段阻抗的直接计量而勿需进行频率修正。
An idea to make impedance standard in low frequency (≤105Hz with metal film resistors has been put forward in this paper. The standard established by this kind of resistors has advantages, such as wider frequency, higher accuracy, and better than 5× 10-4 uncertainly. It can be used directly to measure the impedance in low frequency without the adjustment on frequency.
