摘要
测定转种Ｈ２２肿瘤细胞小鼠的腹水骨钙素浓度，并与正常小鼠腹腔液对比。结果表明，转种１０ｄ和１３ｄ后，腹水骨钙素浓度明显下降，分别比正常对照组约低７７％和８３％，Ｐ＜００２。
Ascites osteocalcin in H22 tumor cells transplant mice and peri toneal
cavity fluid osteocalcin in normal mice were determined. The results sho wed that the
concentration of ascites osteocalcin was lower than that in normal controls, at 10 and 13 days
post transplant, 77% and 83% lower respectively, P<0.02.
