MR在外伤性骨损伤的临床应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨MR成像技术对膝关节外伤性骨损伤的诊断价值。材料与方法 :对 2 0例膝关节进行T1W/TSE ,T2 W/TSE ,STIR ,FFE序列扫描 ,并与X线及CT结果相比较。结果 :全部病例X线及CT骨结构均未见异常 ,MRI表现呈T1WI不规则网状、地图状低信号。T2 WI呈高信号改变 ,STIR序列呈明显高信号 ,并与其病理改变相符合。FFE序列呈低信号表现 ,并可见微细骨小梁断裂。同时MRI还能够反应出合并的半月板、韧带损伤及关节腔 (囊 )内积血。结论 :MR检查明显优于传统影像学检查方法 (X线、CT) ,有助于提高临床对外伤性骨损伤的认识 ,使其得到及时有效的治疗 ,便于关节功能的恢复。 Purpose:To evaluate the usefulness of MRI in knee joint trauma.Materials and Methods:MR images of 20 cases of knee joint were obtained using T 1W/TSE,T 2W/TSE,STIR,FFE and compared with the X-ray and CT.Results:Bone structure of all patients on X-ray and CT is normal.Long T 1 signal was observed in T 1W/TSE and FFE.Long T 2 signal was observed in T 2W/TSE and STIR.They conformed to the pathological basis.MRI can also observe menisci torn,ligament torn and liquid in joint.Conclusion:MRI was better than the traditional imaging examine (X-ray,CT)and helpful to be progress in clinical understanding on traumatic injury of the knee.It was treated in time.
