摘要
在评述国内外高新技术产业开发区研究的基础上,利用统计资料和实地调查资料,与国内其他高新区相比较,研究了广东省10个高新技术产业开发区的发展水平和发展特征;按照实际开发功能将高新技术开发区划分为四种类型,在此基础上分析了广东省高新技术开发区的区位特征,总结出影响高新区发展和空间分布的主要因素;指出了目前存在的主要问题,对其进一步发展提出了可行性建议。
This paper focuses on the development, location and factors of hi-tech industrial parks in Guangdong Province, China. Initially the development level and characteristics of the technological parks are analysed, based on the data from the statistical yearbook, interview and other documents. Then the types of technological parks are roughly divided. Four categories are recoganized in terms of their functions and the location characteristics of these types of parks are analysed. Thirdly the major factors influencing the development and spatial distribution of the technological parks are identified. Finally the problems in the development process of the technological parks are examined and some suggestions are put forward.
