摘要
通过对建国以来 1 0次中共中央全会通过的农业决议进行考察 ,有以下基本认识和判断 :1 0次中共中央全会通过的农业决议 ,是全党集体智慧的结晶 ,集中地体现了全党关于“三农”的思想 ;是中国共产党围绕社会主义制度的建立、完善和现代化建设 ,在探索农业发展道路进程中的重要里程 ,是新中国“三农”政策演变的轨迹 ;对新中国农业和农村经济发展产生了极其重大和深远的影响。
This paper examines the Central Committee resolutions on agriculture since the founding of the PRC.It offers the following findings and assessments:That the resolutions were crystallizations of the whole Party′s collective wisdom,expressing in concentrated form the whole Party′s thinking about agriculture,rural and farme issues.They were important milestones in the Party′s exploration of a road to agricultural development,and turning points in the evolution of policies concerning agriculture,rural and farmer issues.They had major and sweeping effects on the development of Chinese agriculture and the rural economy.
