摘要
本文研究了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)与酚酞型聚芳醚砜(PES-C)共混物的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明,当PES-C含量较低(≤40wt%)时,共混物保持了PEEK优良的摩擦磨损性能,同时又具有较好的耐热性。共混物的摩擦磨损特性与其相结构有关,并依赖于外加载荷。
This article gives a study on the friction and wear properties of the blends of poly (ether ether Ketone)(PEEK) with poly (ether sulfone with cardo group) (PES-C). It showed that the blends maintained the good friction and wear properties of PEEK, and possesed better high-temperature performance when the content of PES-C was not over 40wt%. The reasons were discussed and the factors which might affect the friction and wear of the blends were investigated.
