摘要 本文通过广西梧州市骑楼城环境整治规划这一案例,探讨如何在一个人居环境极其恶劣、城市基础设施极其薄弱但传统文化又非常丰富的地区,规划设计和建设一个能满足现代人生活需要,同时具有地方特色和经济上可承受的新城区。强调规划设计和建设遵从自然、尊重人和尊重地方精神。
