摘要
目的分析外伤性脾破裂的危险因素。方法回顾性对我院1997-2003年所收治的123例脾破裂患者的出血量、脉搏(P)、血压(BP)、脾损伤的CT分级等资料,与外伤性脾破裂患者愈后的关系进行分析。结果受伤至医院处理时间、出血量、P、BP、脾脏损伤分级、合并脏器损伤是影响外伤性脾破裂患者愈后的危险因素。结论应重视脾破裂的危险因素,以减少并发症的出现。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of traumatic splenic rupture. Methods Analyzed retrospectively the relationship between blood loss, pulse, blood pressure, computed tomography staging and combining other traumatic organs, and the complications of the patients of traumatic splenic rupture. Results Period from being hurt to being treatment, blood loss, pulse, blood pressure, Computed tomography staging and combining other traumatic organ,were the risk factors. Conclusions We should pay attention to the risk factors of traumatic splenic rupture.
