摘要
[目的 ]探讨老年男性糖尿病病人血压控制水平与糖尿病肾病的相关性及护理措施。 [方法 ]将 184例老年男性糖尿病病人依据血压控制水平分为 5组 ,正常血压组、血压控制理想组、控制良好组、控制不良组及未控制组。观察各组病人血压与糖尿病肾病发生率的关系。[结果 ] 184例糖尿病病人中合并高血压病者 13 9例 (75 .5 % ) ,血压控制理想者44例 (3 1.7% ) ,控制良好者 2 8例(2 0 .1% ) ,控制不良者 42例 (3 0 .2 % ) ,未控制者 2 5例 (18.0 % )。各组的糖尿病肾病发生率为 10 %～ 44 %。 [结论 ]糖尿病肾病发生率随着血压升高而增高。护理人员应加强护理及健康教育 ,督促病人及家属重视血压控制 ,有效防治糖尿病肾病的发生。
Objective: to probe into the correlation between blood pressure and diabetic nephropathy of senile male diabetes patients and its nursing countermeasures. Method: a total of old male patients with diabetes were divided into five groups according to controlled blood pressure levels, normal blood pressure group, ideal controlled group, well-controlled group, non-perfectly controlled group and non-controlled group. Then the correlation between blood pressure and incidence of diabetic nephropathy of all cases were observed. Result: among totally 184 cases of diabetes, 139 patients (75.5%) complicated with hypertension, blood pressures of 44 cases were controlled very ideally (31.7%). Blood pressures of 28 cases were controlled well (20.1%). 42 cases were not controlled ideally (30.2%), and 25 patients were not controlled at all (18.0%). And the incidence rate of diabetes nephropathy ranged from 10% to 44%. Conclusion: it showed that the incidence of diabetic nephropathy increased as their blood pressure become higher. Nursing staff should strengthen nursing care and health education for these patients. They should also supervise and urge patients and their relatives to control blood pressure and to prevent the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy effectively.
