摘要
查阅国内外文献,对中药及其提取物对DNA损伤的影响进行综述。一些中药对化学毒物、自由基、辐射等所导致的DNA损伤具有保护作用,同时有些中药也能造成正常或异常细胞DNA的损伤。提示中药对DNA损伤的不同影响可能是其临床治疗作用或毒性作用机理之一。
Consulting many documents,To review the progress on the effect of DNA damage byTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and its extractant. The result indicates that TCM canprotect DNA damage induced by chemic poison,free radjcals and radiation,on the other hand,some of TCM can lead to DNA damage of naturaI cell 0r excrescent cell. Maybe the difierenteffect on DNA damage by TCM is one of TCMmechanismsj of clinnical therapeutic function and tozic side effect.
