摘要 目的 研究髌骨骨折微创治疗方法。方法 研制符合国人髌骨解剖特点的空心加压螺钉 ,2例髌骨骨折患者髌前做 2个 0 5cm小切口 ,钳夹复位 ,导针临时固定 ,再拧入加压螺钉固定。结果 髌骨骨折空心加压螺钉固定术后不用外固定 ,半年后骨折愈合 ,功能恢复优。结论 经皮小切口加压螺钉内固定是微创治疗髌骨骨折的一种新方法。 Objective To study the minimally invasive surgery of patella fracture.Methods 2 cases with patella fracture were treated with cannulated compressive screws,which were identical to the patella anatomic characteristics of native people.Two small incisions with 0.5 cm length were made before knee,the fracture were reduced with forceps,and fixed with cannulated compressive screws.Results 2 patellar fractures fixed with cannulated compressive screws did not need plaster immobilization. The fracture healed within half a year,and the function recovery was excellent.Conclusion Percutaneous cannulated compressive screws fixation is a safe and new minimally invasive method for patellar fracture.
