摘要
传统的安全观已不适合于当今和平与发展时代的需要。应运而生的江泽民新安全观更加:符合时代需要,它具有丰富的内涵,互信、互利、平等、协作是新安全观的核心。在当代国际关系中,新安全观产生了重大的理论意义和实践意义。
Traditional view on safety is not suitable for the needs of the times that the main stream is peace and development. JiangZemin's new view on safety is more suitable for it. The theory has rich connotation. Mutual trust, mutual profit equalization and cooperation is the kernel of the new view on safety.
