摘要
笔者报道新生儿病区院内感染的护理管理体会。阐述院内感染的护理管理方法:领导重视、健全制度;病区布局科学、设备到位;提高业务素质,强化预防意识。认为要做好新生儿病区院内感染管理工作领导重视是前提,制度落实、布局科学、设备到位、监管得力、消毒严格、操作规范、奖罚分明是保证。
The author reported nursing management experience of infection in neonates ward, and argued that the nursing management of infection in hospital should included: leader's emphasizing, the perfection of regulation, reasonable ward layout, adequate equipment, improvement of professional quality and intensifying the consciousness of prevention. The authod held that in order to manage infection in neonates ward well, leader's emphasizing was the precondition, and the perfection of regulation, reasonable ward layout, adequate equipment, good monitoring and administration, strict disinfection, normative operation and impartial punishment as well as award were the guarantees.
