摘要
针对关中西部灌区水资源供需矛盾突出的现状,提出对其主要水源工程实行联网调水的设想。并应用大系统分解协调原理,建立了三层递阶优化调配模型,采用模拟技术与优化技术相结合的方法对其进行求解,得到了不同规划水平年(2005和2015年)来水较枯时(P=75%,95%)的单灌区调度和联网调水结果,其中缺水严重的羊毛湾和宝鸡峡塬下灌区灌溉保证率提高了8%~22%。表明实行联网调水可以实现关中西部灌区水资源的合理调配。
Aiming at water resources supply and demand contradiction,the idea of combining main water projects is put forward.By applying the principle of the large-scale system decomposition and coordination,a three-level hierarchical optimization model is established and solved by simulation technique in combination with the optimization methods.The results of the different level years (2005 and 2015 year) and the different frequency (P=75% and 95%) are gained,including single and combined operation results,in which the irrigation guaranteed probability of the Yangmaowan and Baojixia irrigation areas improved (8%-22%).The results indicate that combined operation can realize water resources rational operation in the western Guanzhong irrigation area.
