摘要 人类胚胎干细胞系的建立极大地推动了对人类干细胞的研究,加速了利用干细胞治疗人类疾病的步伐。但是,在将干细胞正式应用于临床治疗之前,还有大量的工作需要完成。由于要涉及到人体应用,因此对干细胞移植可能引发的人体安全性问题进行全面的评价和研究是干细胞临床应用需要解决的一个重要问题。本文就干细胞临床移植可能面临的安全性问题进行了全面的阐述。 The establishment of human embryonic stem cell lines dramatically impulses the studies on human stem cells, and accelerates the tempo of the application of stem cells in treating human diseases. However, many problems maintain unresolved before the clinical application of stem cells and a great amount of tasks wait to be accomplished. In view of human as receptor, it is important to assess and research generally the safety of stem cell transplantation to human body. In this paper, we expatiate on the relative problems on the safety of stem cell transplantation.
