摘要
研究了镀铜微管包埋防污剂(4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮)的活性物质缓释性能。电子显微观察表明,镀铜微管可有效包埋防污活性物质。紫外可见分光光度计检测表明,最大包埋量可达7 4%;不同的包埋工艺,防污剂有不同的释出速率,最大释出速率为0 35mg/l/d,最小释出速率仅有0 1mg/l/d,说明镀铜微管具有很好的控制释放能力。
The controlled release performance of an antifouling agent (4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one) in copper metallized tubules is investigated in this paper. Electron microscope observation indicates that the antifouling agent can be entrapped in the metallized copper tubules effectively. The Uv-visible spectrophotometric detection manifests that the maximum entrapped quantity reaches 74% by the total weight of the sample and release rates vary with different encapsulation procedures. The maximum release rate is 0.35 mg/l/d, and the minimum release rate is only 0.1 mg/l/d suggesting that the copper metallized tubules are effective on controlling the release of antifouling agent.
