摘要
目的为化疗患者建立良好的静脉通道，避免反复静脉穿刺，解除采血及化疗药外渗给患者带来的痛苦。方法20例长期静脉输液化疗患者经肘窝外周静脉行PICC插管给药，并观察置管的临床效果。结果插管成功率100％，导管留置时间为19～123d，无导管堵塞、感染等并发症发生。结论该方法具有操作快速、方便，维护简单，留管时间长，并发症低等特点。
