摘要
电子政务是一个覆盖面广、应用环境复杂的应用领域 ,对其实施领域工程具有内在的复杂性。文章从分析电子政务领域的特点入手 ,提出了子领域划分对电子政务领域工程的必要性和划分原则 。
E-government is a wide-spread and complex field, there is great complexity in implementing the field project within it. This article, from the characteristics of E-government field, has put forward the necessity and principles in dividing sub-fields of it, and on which given a horizontal and vertical division.
