摘要
目的:对近年来的慢性脑缺血研究常用的动物模型及长期慢性脑缺血后诱发的解剖、生理、行为学和能量代谢等改变作综述,以阐明慢性脑缺血在痴呆发病过程中所起的重要作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1979-01/2004-10期间的相关文章,检索词为“dementia”和“chroniccerebralhypoperfusion,learningandmemory,ischemia,2VO”,分别组合进行检索,限定文章语言种类为英文。同时计算机检索万方数据库2003-01/2004-01期间的相关文章,检索词“慢性脑缺血,痴呆,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括慢性脑缺血模型的实验动物研究文献,筛除临床研究文献。资料提炼:共收集到29篇英文和1篇中文全文,均具有较新进展性,慢性脑缺血动物试验与痴呆关系的研究。资料综合:将引用的文章信息分成慢性脑缺血动物模型和慢性脑缺血的实验研究两部分,对慢性脑缺血和痴呆之间的关系进行分析。结论:在长期的慢性脑缺血动物模型可以诱发学习和记忆功能损害,慢性脑缺血在动物痴呆的发病过程中起着重要的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize animal models often used in chronic cerebral ischemia research in recent years and the changes of anatomy, physiology, behavior, and energy metabolism induced by a long term chronic cerebral ischemia, and illuminate the key influence of chronic cerebral ischemia in the onset of dementia. DATA SOURCES: Using the key terms “dementia' combined with “chronic cerebral hypoperfusion, learning and memory, ischemia, 2VO', respectively, we searched the MEDLINE database in English between January 1979 and October 2004. Meanwhile, using the key terms “chronic cerebral ischemia,dementia', we searched the Wanfang database in Chinese between January 2003 and January 2004. STUDY SELECTION: All articles were selected firstly, the articles relevant to experiment animal research of chronic cerebral ischemia were selected, and the clinical research articles were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 29 English articles and 1 Chinese article were collected. They were all the latest progressive research about the relation between animal experiment of chronic cerebral ischemia and dementia. DATA SYNTHESIS: The information cited was divided into two parts: the animal model and experimental research of chronic cerebral ischemia, and the relation between chronic cerebral ischemia and dementia was analyzed. CONCLUSION: The long term cerebral ischemia impairs the ability of learning and memory in rats, and it plays an important role in the onset of dementia in animals.
