摘要
热电材料是能够使热能与电能直接相互转化的材料,它的出现为制造无污染、无机械运动、高效率的发电和制冷设备提供了广阔前景。随着环境和能源问题日益突出,热电材料越来越受到人们重视。在其发展过程中热电材料涌现出诸多种类,本文对热电材料近年来研究进展进行了介绍和简要评述。
Thermoelectric materials used for the conversation between thermal energy and electric energy make it possible to manufacture no pollution, no mechanical moving and high effective equipments which can be used for generate electricity and refrigeration. with the increase of environment problems and energy consumption, thermoelectric materials have been drawing more and more attention. The R&D of various thermoelectric materials are introduced and reviewed.
