摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法 ,对河南省竞技体育以及后备人才培养单位的现状进行了深入的调查分析 ,发现了改革中存在的问题 ,提出河南省竞技体育后备人才的培养应从提高后备人才的数量和质量入手 ;拓宽出口 ,打破体育运动学校的中专属性 ,拉大办校框架 ;以政府投资为主、多渠道筹资 ;内引外联 ,打造高水平的教练员队伍 ;科学、合理地使用基地建设经费 ;进一步改革竞赛体制 ,解决好比赛、输送和交流中存在的问题。
Through using the method of literature,questionnaire,this paper make deeply analysis on condition of talented reserve cultivation of competitive sports.The author finds out that there is some problem in reform and should start with the improvement of quantity and quality of talented reserve,mainly depend on government investment and raise money from different kinds of channels,build high level coach team,further reform the competition system,solve the problems existing in transportation and communication.
