摘要
以固体超强酸 Fe2 O3 —SO2 -4为催化剂合成苹果酯 ,考察了催化剂的活化温度、催化剂的用量、反应物摩尔比等因素对收率的影响。实验结果表明 ,合成苹果酯的最佳条件为 :乙酰乙酸乙酯的用量在 0 .1 mol的情况下 ,用固体超强酸 Fe2 O3 —SO2 -4为催化剂 ,催化剂的活化温度 5 0 0℃ ,用量 1 .75 g,反应物乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇的摩尔比 1∶ 2 ,苹甲酯的收率为 89.7%。
The synthesis of fructone with acetylacetic ether and ethanediol as reactants and solid super acid Fe 2O 3-SO 2- 4 as catalysts has been studied.The influent conditions of reactants on the yield of tests,such as the activation temperture of catalyst,the amount of catalyst used,the molar ratio of acetylacetic ether to ethanediol,are investigated.The resuls show that the optimum conditions should be:activation temperture of catalyst:500℃;weight of catalyst:1.75g under acetylacetic ether 0.1 molar);molar ratio of acetyla cetic ether to ethanediol:1∶2,the gield of fructone is 89.7%.
