摘要
在新的就业模式和就形势下，如何使毕业生尽快找到适合自己的工作岗位，做到人尽其才，才尽其用，高校毕业生就业指导工作显得至关重要，从而也对就业指导人员的素质提出了新的更高的要求。就业指导人员除具备良好的政治素质和职业道德外，还应具备强烈的服务意识、调查研究能力、信息处理能力、协调管理能力、思想教育能力等。
Under the new situation of job seeking,employment direction for college graduates is becoming more and more important as well as the course of helping graduates get their best positions. Directors in this field should have qualified political qualities and professional ethics, in addition,they are also required to have the sense of service and the abilities of investigating,handling of information, coordinating and managing, normal teaching and so on and so forth.
