摘要
本文通过对我国成人高等教育取得的成就以及存在问题的现状分析，阐述了人世对我国成人高等教育正反两方面的影响，既提供了前所未有的发展机遇，又提出了严峻的挑战。最后，针对我国成人高等教育存在的问题，根据人世的正反两方面影响，提出了人世条件下发展我国成人高等教育的对策。
The paper analyzes the achievement and existing problem about adult education of higher learning in China since 1949.And then the paper elaborates the positive and negative influence to adult education of higher learning after joining WTO. It means unprecedented chance and hard challenge. Finally,the paper puts up the countermeasures to develop adult education of higher learning in China under the condition of joining WTO according to the existing problem and the positive and negative influence.
