摘要
目的 :探讨米邦塔仙人掌 (OMAH)的抗衰老作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠以 4 0 0mg/kg剂量OMAH灌胃给药 2 8d ,采用TBA比色法、化学比色法、DTNB比色法分别测定血清MDA、SOD和GSH Px ,以及进行耐常压缺氧试验、游泳试验、耐寒试验和耐高温试验。结果 :OMAH能显著提高小鼠血清SOD (P<0 0 1)和GSH Px活性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,显著降低小鼠血清MDA含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,显著延长老龄小鼠游泳时间 (P<0 0 5 )和耐高温时间 (P <0 0 1) ,提高老龄小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的生存时间 (P <0 0 5 ) ,降低小鼠在低温环境下死亡率 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :OMAH具有一定的抗衰老作用 ,其机制可能与提高SOD和GSH Px活性 ,降低MDA含量 ,提高机体抗疲劳和抗应激等作用有关。
Objective: To study anti-aging actions of Opuntia milpa alta Haw(OMAH). Methods: Feed mice with the OMAH in dose of 400g /(kg body weigh) per day respectively for 28 days. Observe the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and content of MDA in serum. Hypoxia tolerance test, weigh loading swimming test, cold tolerance test and heat tolerance test were done. Results: OMAH could obviously increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and decrease the content of MDA in serum, prolong the time of swimming and heat tolerance test, increase the survival time in Hypoxia tolerance test ,and decrease mortality of old mice in cold test. Conclusions: OMAH prompt the ability of anti-aging actions ,which probably was something with anti-oxidation, anti-fatigue and anti-stress.
