摘要
目的 :观察大果木姜子油 (CV 3)对氯化钾 (KCL)、去甲肾上腺素 (NE)和组织胺 (Hist)所致家兔主动脉条收缩的作用 ,探讨其对家兔主动脉条收缩性能的影响。方法 :离体平滑肌实验方法。结果 :4 %大果木姜子油 10 0ul、 2 0 0ul对 15 0mmol/LKCL、 3× 10 -6mol·/LNE、 1× 10 -6mol/LHist所诱导的主动脉条收缩均有明显的抑制作用 ,可使其最大张力分别降为给药前的 (5 2 78± 5 83) %、 (33 5 5± 4 0 6 ) % (P<0 0 1) ;(46 39± 5 0 7) %、 (13 4 4± 5 76 ) % (P <0 0 5 ) ;(5 7 2 6± 4 5 4 ) %、 (30 2 2± 4 77) % (P <0 0 5 ) ,并可非竞争性拮抗组胺的量效曲线。结论 :大果木姜子油具有舒张兔主动脉条的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of the essential oils of Daguomu(Daguomu) on contraction of aortic strips induced by KCl、noradranaline(NE)、histamine(Hist) and study its influence on contraction property of aortic strips .Methods: The experimental method of the smooth muscle. Result: Using 100ul、200ul dosage of Daguomu can inhibit the contraction property of aortic strips induced by 150mmol/L KCl、 3×10 -6mol/L NE and1×10 -6mol/L Hist,Maximal contractive tension induced by KCl、noradranaline(NE)、histamine(Hist) will respectively be declined to(52.78±5.83)%、(33.55±4.06)%(P<0.01);(46.39±5.07)%、(13.44±5.76)%(P<0.05);(57.26±4.54)%、(30.22±4.77)%(P<0.05).Daguomu had noncompetitively antagonizing effect on Hist cumulative dose-response curves. Conclusion:Daguomu has a significant relaxing effect on contraction of aortic strips.
