有机粘土吸附精制催化裂化柴油 被引量:11

摘要 结合溶剂萃取和吸附精制的特点,在一定的条件下把有机阳离子交换到无机粘土上,制得有机粘土吸附剂;考察了有机粘土对催化裂化柴油的吸附精制效果。实验室研究结果表明:有机粘土对柴油的精制效果优于无机粘土,有机粘土在脱除柴油中部分含氯化合物的同时,还具有一定的脱硫作用。在加剂量为0.08 g/mL,温度25℃,吸附时间为20 min的条件下,有机粘土可将催化裂化柴油中总氮含量由原来的1 022 μg/g降至232 μg/g,碱氮含量由原来的221.8 μg/g降至96.4 μg/g,硫含量由原来的985 μg/g降至429.7 μg/g。吸附剂再生试验结果表明,有机粘土在高温再生过程中,活性组分容易流失,如果要恢复活性,需要重新引入有机活性组分。 Considering the features of solvent extraction combined with adsorption refining, organic clay adsorbent was prepared by organic cations exchange with inorganic cations in inorganic clay. The prepared organic clay was used as adsorbent to adsorb the impurities in LCO. The laboratory result showed that the quality of the refined LCO was obviously improved. The organic clay could not only remove part of nitrogen compound but also had certain desulfurization ability. Under the conditions of clay dosage 0. 08g/mL, 25 ℃ and adsorption time 20min, the nitrogen and basic nitrogen contents in LCO dropped from original 1022 μg/g to 232 μ/g and from 221. 8 μg/g to 96. 4 μg/g respectively, and sulfur content decreased from 985 μg/g to 429. 7 μg/g. The adsorbent regeneration test showed that the active component was easy to run off at high temperature, so introducing active component again was needed for restoring its activity.
