摘要
目的研究三七药材指纹图谱。方法采用反相高效液相方法(HPLC):C18(250.0mm×4.0mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长203nm。结果建立了三七药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结论该方法简单,重现性好,具可操作性,能用于三七药材的鉴别与评价。
Fingerprinting of Panax notoginseng was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography using Agilent Hypersil C18 (250.0 mm × 4.0 mm, 5 μm) column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and water and gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. The method is simple and reliable to identify and evaluate the quality of Panax notoginseng.
